A Labour MP is calling on the government to tighten regulation around the renting of high-performance vehicles.
Holly Lynch says the reckless driving and anti-social behaviour of irresponsible drivers is a big problem in her constituency of Halifax.
Ms Lynch will use a ten-minute rule bill to call on car rental companies to take more responsibility for who uses their cars.
