Climate: Mozambique LNG gas project judgement

A judgement is expected to be handed down by the High Court at 10.30 tomorrow morning (Tuesday 15 March 2022) on a case brought by Friends of the Earth regarding a decision to finance a gas mega-project in Mozambique made by the government’s export credit agency, UK Export Finance (UKEF). The judgement will be given remotely.

Friends of the Earth lawyer Will Rundle will join campaigners outside the High Court and will be available for interview once the judgement has been handed down.
