BHA: Survivors of abuse by Catholic priests speak out on eve of Pope’s visit
A press conference – at which survivors of the abuse by Catholic priests will tell their stories and say what it is they want from the pope’s visit – will be held Wednesday September 15 at 11am at Conway Hall, Red Lion Square, London WC1R 4RL at 11am. Victims are travelling from around the world to try to make some impact on the pope during his visit to the UK.

* Mark Fabbro has been seeking justice from the Catholic Church for 14 years. He is travelling to London to find it. He was sadistically raped by a priest Fr Byrne at the age of 11 on school ground during school hours at a Jesuit School in Melbourne, Australia in 1971. He says the impact on his life was horrendous. He was later sent to a Jesuit boarding school, St Ignatius College where he was further vilified and brutalized.
