By Aled Thomas
Lancashire police have confirmed they are investigating reports that a 14-year-old boy voted in Wyre yesterday.
A spokesman for the force said: “It was reported to us by a third party that a 14-year old voted in the Wyre area yesterday and we are investigating.
“The vote would not have made any difference to the result.”

The constituency of Wyre and Preston North was held by Ben Wallace for the Conservatives with a majority of more than 15,000.
