Northern Ireland Housing Statistics 2002-03
The Department for Social Development has published the ‘Northern Ireland Housing Statistics 2002-03’, which covers housing trends up to March of this year.
At the end of the period there were 669,100 dwellings in the province, which is over nine thousand more than one year before.
The average price of a home in the region rose 10% to £98,000, and the number of households considered homeless was 16,426.
