Bomb kills Hezbollah member in Beirut
A deadly car bomb exploded Saturday in Beirut’s southern suburbs, killing a member of Hezbollah, the Lebanese militant group.
The victim has been named by security forces as Ali Hussein Saleh and was identified as a Lebanese driver working for the Iranian embassy.
The bomb reportedly tossed the car 10 metres into the air and left a large crater in the ground.
Two passers-by were seriously injured, security sources said.

No one has yet claimed responsibility but Hezbollah blames Israel for the apparent terrorism.
In a statement, Hezbollah said, “All information available since this morning proves beyond a doubt complete Israeli responsibility.
“This crime will not go unpunished.”
