Police raid Real IRA ‘smuggling ring’
A secret cigarette smuggling ring organised by the dissident terror group the Real IRA has been smashed by police.

Cigarettes with an estimated worth running into millions of euro have been confiscated at warehouses in Holland and in County Monaghan.
Two men from the Dundalk area of Co Louth have been arrested in Holland in connection with the ring, police confirmed.
The operation forms part of the ongoing investigation into the “financial activities” of “dissident republicans,” Irish police said.
