National Transitional Council head: Libyan people must ensure security and peace

Mustafa Abdel Jalil, head of Libya's national transitional council , puts onus on Libyan people to ensure security and peace in country:

"It's up to you [the Libyan people] to accomplish what we promised: stability, peace and reconciliation.

"We have to make sure that we fulfil our side of the deal. We must have security in Libya. Tolerance and forgiveness must be promoted. The state of law must be respected."
