Cash: A deep question of sovereignty

Bill Cash, Conservative MP, gives his verdict on the potential move to submit to a European ruling to give prisoners to vote, on the Daily Politics:

“This movement from that position to this is huge as a matter of principle. This is a deep question of parliamentary sovereignty.

“We can probably find a threshold but it should rest on a Westminster enactment, not a Strasbourg court.”
