Local and European elections
The local and European elections are coming, with Britain going to the polls on June 4th.
Results are difficult to predict given the tumultuous events in Westminster over the last few weeks.
Most analysts are expecting all three main parties to do badly, with protest votes going to smaller groups.
But with the expenses scandal continuing to hit Westminster, and the traditional British disinterest in European politics undeterred by recent events, many are predicting record low turn-outs.
