The government have announced new measures against China over human rights violations against Uighur Muslims in Xinjiang.
Dominic Raab, speaking in the House of Commons this afternoon, stated that UK businesses face being fined if they cover up imports from the Xianxiang region of China.
The Foreign Secretary stated the UK had “a moral duty to respond”.
