It is understood he was among of party of skiers travelling on the British Airways aircraft.
But police were called and the man was arrested and taken into custody.
The BA 1930C flight, which was scheduled to depart at 14:05 GMT, was delayed by about 50 minutes as the man’s luggage was removed.

‘We strongly advise passengers not to make any remarks which could be misinterpreted.
