Hackers sell sexcams on Tory minister’s site

A shadow minister has apologised after discovering hackers used his personal profile to view free webcams.
Bill Wiggin, shadow agriculture and fisheries minister and MP for Leominster, instantly deleted his Facebook profile when he discovered the links.
“It had nothing to do with me, and it’s therefore rather sad,” Mr Wiggin told politics.co.uk
The programme sent out emails about the webcams to Mr Wiggin’s contacts, including Tory candidates.
The message read: “Check out this webcam show its free sign up at http://safestdaters.com first.”
The link sent users to a website featuring photographs of various women in seductive poses, with the words: “Safe-Girls.com allows girls to talk to guys on their phones without sharing any personal information.
“Once the girl feels comfortable, you can meet in person! It’s that simple!”
Mr Wiggin, who is married and has three children, said: “I don’t want to be involved in a sex scandal.
“It’s a shame I’ve had to deactivate my account because it’s a nice way of keeping in touch with people.”
“I don’t want silly messages sent out of my account and I’ve got no idea how they are doing it, which is why I think it’s safer if I avoid Facebook in the future.”
Mr Wiggin reached parliament in 2001 and was made shadow agriculture and fisheries minister two years later.
He was re-elected at the 2005 general election with a 2.4 per cent swing to the Conservatives.
